Locally headquartered in El Segundo, Beyond Meat has been creating quite a buzz! Their vegan, plant-based meat substitutes (made with non-gmo pea protein and colored with beet juice) include the Beyond Burger, which actually 'bleeds' juice like ground beef!
The company's mission is as follows:
